Hey, Karolina, what do you know about careers and coaching, anyway?

Good question – I’d love to tell you:

I have a postgraduate degree in Job coaching and career counseling from SWPS University.

I’m also currently getting my coaching certification from the International Coach Federation.

But it’s not just degrees and certificates – I have hands-on experience both working in corporate and running my own business. And my career path has been anything but linear.

Since 2010, I’ve worked in marketing communications, copywriting, and messaging. And I’ve been in tech since 2005 (as a non-tech person.)

In my roughly 20-year-long career 👵, I’ve worked in almost every capacity: from team member to team manager, project manager, individual contributor, teacher, coach, and solo business owner offering B2B marketing services to clients all over the world, including in the US, Scandinavia, or Singapore.

I’ve hired people, been part of teams building digital products, worked at the intersection of multiple departments, and done it all by myself as a solopreneur.

All of this gives me an in-depth insight into the different ways of working. And then I throw in my experience in copywriting and brand messaging that will help you communicate what you do to your ideal customer or employer.
